February's Monthly Meeting quick notes

Elizabeth Uelmen, Jon Haugen (both CD#3 Democratic Party candidates) and Craig Pridemore (currently 49th LD state Senator running for the state-wide office of State Auditor) were all on hand today at our 18th LD meeting. It was a very good meeting, with over 25 attendees.
.
We had reports from 5 attendees at the WA-Dems WSDCC state-wide conference at Shelton last weekend. The caucus and convention schedule was presented, but the caucus operational details have not been finalized (however, training is scheduled for Saturday 03/10).

2011/12/16 Redistricting Maps online

This PDF contains the Clark County inset maps that have enough detail to let you zoom in and approximate your location. Most streets are not labeled, so a bit of interpretation is required. Boundary Streets are labeled (for the most part). These proposed maps have Clark County in 5 Legislative Districts: 15, 17, 18, 20, 49. Woodland, Kalama are in the 20thLD; La Center, Yacolt, Ridgefield are in the 18thLD; Battle Ground is mostly in the 18thLD, with some southern portions in the 17thLD.
